Tax Evasion "Casino Chips", where, who, how, when are they being rewarded?

I've only done Tax Evasion. Yesterday when looking in my Inventory under Misc I found that I have 3 small stacks of Green $50 Casino Chips. Which by the way Can be put in a display case.

Does anyone know how they are rewarded and from which NPC or objective when doing Tax Evasion???

In the expedition are two bonus objectives to find the dead gambler and second one to recover some chips from some of machines(with the screwdriver in it) ,maybe is possible to keep the chips if you don't return them to Sal at the end?!

I seem to remember looting them from overgrown, to hide in the vault instead of caps, to trick the showmen. I never actually looked at them in my inventory though, so that's only my guess.

Nope. I always give the items to Sal.

Plus, I only have 3 stacks of chips and I've done Tax Evasion several times.

But, I've only completed All Objectives once. My only thought as to when they are rewarded is Maybe as an extra reward for completing them all?????????????

I haven't knowingly looted any Overgrown. Too busy fighting off the hoards of NPC's when doing the toss packages in the 3 trucks one. <----I farm that one for XP and am never in any hurry to complete it.

After you collect the chips them from the the rigged jackpot machines , you drop them in another jackpot machine. It's the one that it's a stand alone jackpot machine on a small tables in a smaller room area. If that makes sense to you...lol!

or it could be a Ooopsay..lol!

Hi Wicca. And no, that makes no sense as to how 3 stacks ended up in my Inventory under Misc.

*I never dropped any into another machine in a different room(that I know of).

AND, thanks again for those items. They'll carry me through to the end of the Season.

Ya know I'll take a look in my inventory and see if I have collected any. I've been doing both sooo many times now. Even having all the objectives completed. Mostly in my private world. I wont be able to look until this evening. And I'll get back with you.

LOL, I haven't completed the Season yet. Hit Rank 78 yesterday morning and never made back in the game later in the day to work on Rank 79.

Let me know if you have any and if so, how many you have. I'm curious if it's a repeatable reward or if you only get 3 stacks 1 time.

Okay,I looked under misc tab in my pipboy and I don't see any small stacks of Green $50 Casino Chips. It reminds me about the two things you get get from the pit. I have the coolant one where it makes you look frozen and move real slow. That happened to me and I have no idea how it happened. I would prefer the fire looking one that sounds like a heart beat/ pulsating....lmao!

I saw a video later on how others have done it. It's where you are on a team. When they reach where everyone has to picks up item up to throw at the trogs. So instead thay hold on to the item....next all the team mates pick up the item, Afterwards the leader leaves the pit, all the team mates will get kicked out of the pit. Than the team mates stores the item in their storage. Only the team mates get the item not the leader. Tho' you can rotate and have someone else be the team leader. Rinse and repeat. I'm not sure if it was patched or not.

I'm not sure if I am making any sense...I'm really really sleepy....lmao!
So,In this cases something similar happen with you and you got the chips...kewl!!

Ok, until I learn something different, I'll go with I had them on me and didn't turn them in when I was suppose to. So, they stayed in my Inventory And I must have started a new Expedition where they were no longer a quest item. Yeah cool. :)
