Otherwise NPC's with the unkillable tag (vendors, main characters etc) can't be killed and will just be brought down to nothing before getting back up...
Hence Graham is infamous for wrecking peoples camps when their turrets accidentally aggro him and he just keeps going till the base is wreckage
No event, not a named person, not a vendor or anything. I've hit named people before and they just go to almost nothing, then pop back up. These dudes I couldn't even scratch. Just got the little shield icon pop up overtop them briefly and no damage at all.
Nah, met him already and he lives in my camp now.

I just wish they would streamline how they do the dailies and make them all work the same way. It looked like they were going to back in the day when we first got that computer in the Atom Shop. Then, they just didn't. I thought I'd be able to look at the thing, choose the ones I wanted to do today and leave the rest out of my log. Wishful thinking I guess.
There is a group down at Ohio River Adventures that will attack but are essential, you can't kill them.
