Players use it at their own risk. If Bethesda wanted to they could ban/cancel any accounts that use it. It's all in the legal docs...
I would really be interested to know how many active players would be left if all SFE users were banned. But I have a counterproposal. I will uninstall SFE as soon as Bethesda implements an in-game chat and a perk loadout manager in FO76.
microtransactionsoft could also make the call without even consulting with bethesda. take 2 has done this in past with gta mods
Prerequisite for chat mod and perk load out manager to work in game (not sure if other things require it as those are the two I use that do), it needs to be updated every time the exe file for the game changes, same as script extenders do for skyrim/fallout.
