anyone actually won a gambling game yet

everytime I do win I get less, curious to see if anyone has actually gotten more caps than they put in yet

I've only ever run a gambling game one, which was the mechanical derby. Cost 100 caps to start, and I won, gaining me 300 caps.

As in reality, the house always wins in the end. The guy who won 300 caps off a 100 cap investment is the real winner, but only if he stopped after that spin lol.

I got 250 caps off the big slot machine on my first run and won my first roll of the dice.

If by won you mean got some of my caps back after pulling the lever, then yes!

If you mean profit, then no. But that's casinos - the house always wins.

I normally hit one at random sometimes but get 75 caps or 50 back after putting in 100, I assume max luck doesn't affect much as it would be the easiest way to get caps like getting banned from new vegas casinos, thanks for answers guys

I would like the cap limit higher to be fair hitting 40k isn't a task and I feel like I need to burn it all straight away when i'm at max

I think I would enjoy it more if a bit more social, like playing cards or roulette with friends, also being able to put more than one bet on roulette etc
