how do you get to atlantic city, all im getting is the PITT

only op coming up for me is the pit, nothing but one person talking about it. but no clear way to atlantic city, still have to get the batteries for the vertibird. never mind, i read we dont get the free roam AC Casino till next year. all it is right now is another PITT. ♥♥♥♥ that i did the PITT once, never again will i do it again

I think you have to talk to a black npc first in the Whitespring. Dressed in a white tux next to the BOS black npc.

I think I saw something about this in the patch notes for the upcoming bugfixes on Friday. Some people can't access the new expeditions at all.

and no, you don't have to do the misc quest in the refuge to do the expedition. If you've done the main refuge quest(walk around and meet everyone and do each daily for the first time), then you should have access to it.

If you have access to the pitt you have access to atlantic city, it's in the same menu.
