Best Shotgun?

I've gotten bored of my current build and would like to try out shotguns. What's the best version of the shotgun to use these days? BTW, I picked up the plan for the Cold Shoulder back during the Rip Daring season, so I can make that one.

Try Peppershaker..with enforcer perk you will have fun^^Heavy gun perks AND shotgun Perks work with that Weapon second i would say 2 Pipe shotgun with 4xammo on the gun

Guass Shotgun, Pepper Shaker, Cold Shoulder (for cryptids expecially)

Guass Shotgun shines in 3rd person spamming, or first person Vats (no need to charge). Pepper Shaker is an outstanding gun with FFR, no vats needed and just 1 pt in Enforcer is fairly funny. Cold Shoulder is a surprisingly effective shotty, in and out of vats, especially against the SBQ.
