Tinker's Workbench - Crafting Flairs

I'm trying to do the Craft x Flairs Using Tinker's Workbench.

Apparently one must select the "Souvenirs" category from the workbench's category menu in order to do so.

There is NO "Souvenirs" category in any Tinker's Workbench menu in my game.

I'm at Level 77 if that matters.

Did you scroll the category list all the way down?

You can either scroll down, or like I do now since I figured it out, press Q to hide everything you can't craft.

You may be too new to the game. You acquire the Flair Plans from either Season Scoreboards or from some of the Seasonal Events. AFAIK that's the only way to get them.

Haven't payed attention to those on this Season's Board but, there may be one on it. Also, The Holiday Scorched Event will be starting I Think? next week and there may be a Flair Plan possible drop from the Holiday Gifts you get from killing Holiday Scorched.

EDIT: Don't know one way or the other but, Flairs may maybe show up to buy from the Atomic Shop on occasion. Don't hold your breath on that one.

EDIT 2: Flair Plans can't be sold, traded or dropped. No other player can give you one.

Pretty sure I have seen some Flair Plans for sale in the Atom Shop, from time to time.

I think there has been some flairs in Atomic Shop too but yeah, didn't think of that. That's really unfair challenge to new players.
EDIT. Oh yeah, Bottle and Cappy flair plans can drop from Nuka-World events, can't remember which one(s).

If their's no "Souvenirs" section yet, then you probably haven't gotten any yet. Make sure you're doing Nukaworld events, and Blue Ridge events. They're the only ones that don't come from a scoreboard or the atom shop. They can also be purchased from other players, so check some vending machines.

If you have Fallout 1st I'm pretty sure there's flair that comes with it too.

if you don't have a plan in the category the category does not show up

No. There are extra flairs on the scoreboard for us, but no, you can't just get FO1st and get a free flair.

OK, good to know. I thought I got two from it, and then the scrap rat from whatever event that was, and now I have a big pile of them.

I got in the habit of throwing them away as soon as I did the daily a long time ago. The Misc list is long enough, I don't need useless crap making it worse.

The 2 new events for the Blue Ridge Caravan, can have a flare drop, at each. Nuka World on Tour, has a few flares that "can" drop from the 3 Events, and If someone nukes the mine to make the Super Large Mole Rat come out, for the Roller-coaster area. Watch for those events, or re-roll that assignment with one of your, two re-rollers. Mothman Equinox, Fasnacht, Alien "Invaders from Beyond" Events, have Steins, and the Seasons if you get to the near the end of the season. It just takes time to get stuff, also, some of the plushies, can be made as a souvenir, but Nuka World on Tour, has one or 2, the other are from the Holiday Gifts, and the Mole Miner Pails. Or you can buy stuff. I had "fun" grinding for atoms several years ago, but finding stuff for the Daily's was hard as a new player.
