No Dialogue Option To Start "Expeditions" From Lennox?

I never completed the "Responders Reborn" questline because I could start a Pitt without it. Now with the new Atlantic City update, it says that I have to speak with the Responders at the Whitespring Refuge in order to start the Expedition. Problem is that I get no dialogue option from Lennox to start one. I've already spoken to the man inside the Refuge who tells you about Atlantic City and that hasn't helped either.

I'd really like to run a couple of these solo so I can actually explore. Instead I'm having to rely on other people starting one and me joining their team in time.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Other than finishing initial quest line, speaking to Lennox is what you do when you finish an expedition.

To start an expedition, you go to map and hit relevant button (keyboard or gamepad) to open expedition menu window, select area (Pitt or AC) and select specific expedition. Launch expedition and you'll be teleported inside Lenny's vertibird which will be flying to expedition until you tell her to land.

This issue seems to be a problem for other players too.

All I can suggest is to go to the Refuge and talk to the New guy that's in the room where the bowling lane is there. There's a large Atlantic City sign right behind where he's standing.

I think he is having the same problem as me and others have. My first account works just fine but my second account will not give any options for any Expeditions in the logo at the top. Just says go to Responders to get Athorization to start one. after doing all the stuff and talking to everyone you can get as far as getting into the Vertibot then it locks up. That is even with the player who has been to the Pit before.

Did you talk to the new Atlantic City guy at the Refuge?

YEP< YEP and YEP. Talked to everyone , did the chores for everyone, only option was to go to the pit. Bird won't fly. Took my 2nd account to the AC with my 1st account and looted and killed and came back. Still can't get anything on 2nd account this morning. I know how to start them. But when you select or just click on it you only get the option to go see the REsponders. Reloaded, Verified, checked this and that still just locked up at the Vertibot.

Yep, my 1st account locked up about a month ago. Yesterday I clicked the the button and it said where do you want to go and off I went. JUST WORKS sometimes .

Just went back and Lennox said lets go and then it said I completed the mission and I can choose where to go ---JUst works haahahaha
