Quick vendor sale price is probably around 19000.
Finding right PC buyer could yield 32000-53000.

i'd hold on to it in case you get bored with whatever build you have and wanna break up the monotony with a commando build at some point.
It's not "God Roll" but it hits an all-around sweet spot.
1. Great VATS for non-Bloodied due to the Crit fill.
2. Great outside of VATS due to the very low recoil of Handmade.
It'd work just fine on your Shotgun build for long range tagging.
You should keep your Q/FFR/15crit Handmade as it would be very good for a VATS stealth Commando build. I would not commit to values in Fed76 as the in-game prices can change dramatically. I had several Quad handmades that finally sold for 5k-7k caps after a few months, even though FED76 shows 19k-53k caps.
And chainsaws are seriously undervalued, actually selling for more than FED76's prices.
