Does scrapping weapons give xp?

I know that when you craft weapons you'll get xp, but now I'm talking about scrapping them.
Does scrapping give xp?

Nope, only crafting gives xp, scrapping only gives junk and using scrapper perk will increase the amount of junk you get.
