Healing factor worth it?
Low health build, is this mutation worth?

I don't think so. Healing factor only works outside combat and reduces effectiveness of chems.

Take your stimpaks and dilute them. You'll have more healing items than you'll ever need.

I'm a low/bloodied build and I use Healing factor. It only fills health not replace rads with hp. But you are going to be hungry more often. Need to be full in order for it to work. I think there is a perk card that can help with it but,I don't know what it's called at the moment....think it's belly full.

for bloodied no.. it is not good..

However if you are doing something like a full health build then yes.. having extra mutations can be somewhat good if you get the mods for it.. other than that its waste and only drags down your dps for low health builds.

Every mutation is worth it with a few perk cards IMO to negate the negative effects and further boosting the positive ones, just don't get the gun based ones if you are going melee and vice versa.

For reference everything that I am running -
