Unable to complete Responders reborn

I just got to the part where you speak to Lennox for the first time before the Atlantic city update but now when I try to talk to her there are no options to continue the quest and the expeditions menu keeps telling me to talk to the responders I dont know if this a glitch or if I'm doing something wrong. If anyone knows what im doing wrong or if theres a fix if its a glitch then any help is appreciated.

Same here, i did not get the "Atlantic City" Icon on the map. I Spoke to Lennox, but nothing happend at the end of the dialoge.

Just happened to me 5 minutes ago. I literally redownloaded this game just to go to AC :(

There's another misc. quest in the side quest pip boy menu. It should pop when you enter the Refuge. It's to talk to the Atlantic City guy. I don't know if it does anything (no quest completed or rewards etc.)... can't hurt to try.

Quest for talking to AC guy is literally talking to him. That's it.

AC expeditions work same way as Pitt does. Go to map and hit button to open expedition window, pick one and start it.

Did the quest also and could not get Atlantic city so I went with the Pit. Talked to Lennox and we were all set to get in the Helo and then it just stopped. tried some things but nothing so left came back and nothing. She will talk to me but thats it. UGGG.
