Is this a godroll?
Gatling plasma with vampire +25% damage while aiming and +50% damage resistance while aiming, i use a low health PA build, i know i should looking for bloodied but i am done rerolling the same weapon over and over again and i think this roll isn't that bad for a low health build.

Not really a god roll but still very, very good roll. With that you can basically just hop in a power armor and tank any boss.

Anything can be a godroll if it makes you happy.

It's not bad if you're looking for a tanky build. But for a bloodied build... eh.. not so much.

Vampires is good for daily ops situational times only

bloodied should either be 99.999% immune to damage or they shrug it off with a purified water to recover

25% damage is ONLY while aiming down scope, and it takes 1-8 seconds to take effect which tends to make it a terrible roll

50% damage resistance while aiming would synergize with the above terrible roll, but again can take 1-8 seconds to be applied

Yeah i noticed this by looking at damage numbers, why does it take effect after 8 seconds, it makes no sense.

God roll would be like mine :
1* anti armor.
2* 25% firing speed.
3* 50 damage resistance while aiming.

depends on the servers

best case its instant, but thats highly unlikely

more often its a second or two

and now that they cut servers (from the massive player base drop) and added new players (with the sales) but didn't increase the servers its going to be on the 2-5 seconds time often with the outlyer longer times happening too

A Vampire's Power Drill is great for the SBQ event. No one ever accuses me of one shotting the queen.

I mean, no? but you'll probably never die while you're using it, so....it's a bit subjective.

basically a two star roll, so no, not a groll.

Decent and will work when you pull the trigger but not a god roll.

+50 DR for a PA build or any build for that matter is a bad effect. Literally anything else is better. 15% reload is best imo or 90% less weight if you don't have any other weight reduction perks.

What that extra 50 DR will do for you is basically nothing and as mentioned is not instant and only works when aiming with the weapon.

I used to have heaps of weapons with bad effects and used them everyday but thankfully have been able to upgrade many of them to better ones.

OP, if you are doing bloodied PA then you surely have emergency protocols mod on your chest? Must have for low HP PA build. Dodgy and ricochet perks? Blocker? Just with these you are basically un-killable already.

I used to use vampire weapons to proc the ricochet healing effect but almost never use them now and just use bloodied and AA for the extra damage. Basically see no difference in my tankiness. Don't get me wrong vampires has it's place but for all PvE content outside some daily ops, I would not bother. Go for AA or bloodied for the extra damage.

Exactly that. Soft armor cap is easily reached especially in PA...anything above that you would do better using perks for damage reductions instead of resistances.
