I am unsure what stuff is actually affected by luck, does it affect the luck perks??

I get more stims and grenade drops with higher luck (higher quality junk) though I'll be first to admit anything I test should be double checked. No noticeable increase in super duper or anything like that.

The ski resort, beneath Top of the World. Instead of heading up to the vendor bot, head downstairs and hit up the Protectron past the Laser grid. Small chance to get the unique skinned Fancy guns (check the wiki) that cannot be modded and a number of clothing spawns. Some other stuff that's mostly useless but it's one of the many fun extra side features of 76,

i was asking because fallout 4 had perks that were directly tied to the level of luck you had where in 76 there is a way more nebulous tie of luck stat and trigger of luck perks. i was asking because i was not sure if it did affect certain things such as legendary perks.

this is a valid question because none of it was stated in game
