Enclave quests.
Well, guess I'm done with that faction. I have NEVER been able to progress in that one until this new alt I came back to the game with.
Finally made general, got the nuke key but after reading the wiki/walkthrough, the code will be what ends it for me. It looks like calculus level math to me. And I have never been able to get past basic math. My WORST subject.

So it looks like this one will remain unfinished.

And this will bother me to no ends as I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, HATE to leave quests unfinished.

Did I mention that I hate that?

Sorry, just wanted to vent a frustration about that.

You literally don't need to do any of that.

Just keep it active, at some point you are in a team where someone pops a nuke, BAM there you go.

If it's burning this much, try to find a specific group that's doing a nuke, here on the forum or on a discord or something.

Also you can just look up the currently valid code I think on the internet if you insist on going alone.

I don't normally do random teams. I feel awkward at times not being able to communicate. I do have a steam fiend here but he hasn't gotten that far yet.

The thing about Fallout 76 is random teams that don't communicate anyways.

You are expected to join a free slot in "casual" type teams for the XP bonus and then you are mostly left alone, nobody expects anything from you.

I myself don't do nuke runs, but people here are likely more than happy to join up with you just for that and then leave you alone after, this community is chill like that.

At worst you'll have to wait for someone to have / make the time and need to coordinate that between you.

Or again, you power through alone with an active nuke code from the internet.

Point is, you are not required to actually do the code resolve dance.

I share your pain. I too was stuck on this for a while and it was bothering me as it was the only main quest I had left. I tried to solo it at level 100 with no god roll items and did fine up to the point where ya need the code. I was about to research some more on the net when some random guy shows up, tells me the code through voice chat (no mic here either) and I am good to go.

For the record Im not sure I could have soloed the final stage before launch once I got a good look at it so his appearance was timely in more ways than one.

Also, as you sound like a quester like myself, I have a suspicion that you are planning on launching your nuke on the Monogah (sp?) mine to advance that quest. Be warned (I had no idea) the next step in that quest which the nuke unlocks is a very hard rated event which may or may not be attended and cleared for you. If no one shows up the quest will revert back to the launch the nuke step. Plan (or not lol) accordingly.

Wrong. I was goiing to nuke the optional site. And I need the launch a nuke achievement anyway.

As mentioned above I was also at this point, and a casual team teammate did it and boom, got it done without doing anything. Have not tried since then. But I understand most players want to actually do it, not just check it of the achievement list.

Personally I didn't care. I can show up to the event without being the one who started it. Nukes be detonating all the time.

Please feel free to join casual teams and make sure to always participate in any public events.

Wow. Dude was polite and tried to be helpful and you were just a ♥♥♥♥ to him. Have fun playing by yourself.

That was not being a ♥♥♥♥. He was thinking I was going to nuke one place but Iplanned on doing the optional part of the quest instead. The one being s ♥♥♥♥, here, is you.

You don't have to talk to be on a team. If any of them bother me about it I just give a sonic high squeal and then we all just move along.
