Forest camo jumpsuit

I got this jumpsuit my LV7 character from guest "Mistaken Identify". Is there way to transfer it to my other character or mask, like radical mask

Both are tradeable so you can transfer them, ask a friend to help you. That camo jumpsuit is silly rare btw, congrats.

If you trust someone here ask them for help then. You can transfer stuff between characters using public teams but that's super risky and wouldn't recommend for anything that rare.

Al my characters added up is like 3000+ and i have never seen that or any of the other super rare event reward outfits.

Yes, got the jumpsuit and waiting in the same spot. Can FT to your camp too and no need for gifts. :)
