I just saw a cool blue 3d hologram helmet for pa...
Do you guys know what's called and if it can be applied to any pa? I am using the excavator.

It's called "Complete Chaos" and can be applied to several types of power armor, including Excavator. It was a scoreboard reward from season 4 I think and might be occasionally available from Atomic Shop but not sure about that.

It comes up about every 3 to 6 months as a armor set or complete Chaos bundle.
