Can we have that on every pieces of a pa?
Another one..
I have the automatic use of a simpack at 25% of health on my armor but I also have a perk card with that, is it redundant to have 2 of them or do they stack?
For example I run low health sneaky vats builds and after all low health damage buffs get added to stealth damage buffs, vats damage buffs, armor penetration buffs, adrenaline buffs etc it really doesn't make big difference if my gun's Pip-Boy damage number is 100 or 150. At that point actual damage difference between say Bloodied and Vampire's weapons is small enough that I rather have the healing than slightly more damage. Have massive collection of "god-tier" guns and most of the time I run around with stuff like quad 10mm pistols, vampire's FFR handmades, vampire's vats chance combat shotguns etc and save the hard hitters against the toughest bosses. If my shotgunner can one shot max level super mutants with non-legendary combat shotgun why should I use anything more powerful against basic enemies when vampire's makes me near immortal.
