Does demolitions expert increase exploding legendary effect on guns?

Yes it works, and so does grenadier. Made the mistake of doing an Earl run with another player who's weapon of choice was a Gauss Minigun. My eyes are still bleeding.

Yes. The explosive legendary will add a 20% explosion. Demo expert will work off this part, at max rank of 60% it will add 32% total damage.

I'm maxed out on every explosive perk -- Demo Expert, Grenadier and Fire in the Hole. Love me some boom. And yes, as said, it works for explosive weapons as well. Good synergy here.
