Is there a way to transfer legendary modules form on character to another we own?

Is there a way to transfer legendary modules form on character to another we own?
Trying to find the best way to give a good use of those extra legendary crappy guns I am getting at the end of the day by giving them to my alt and then using them for?!? Any suggestions?

Nope. Modules are character locked. Just roll your own.

my alt is not even lv 50 so I am pretty much screwed I think nothing a part from storing them with him would actually give me any advantage, even if I scrap the 1 stars and buy 3 stars might not be worth it, right?

Unfortunately no. Wish they were as the characters of mine who have absolutely rotten luck and cannot ever roll anything i ever want, i would gladly give them to my other characters. But then we have the problem of character locked items as well.

yeah but my main issue is that my alt is lv 20, and also time another big issue, tbh I won't play on 2 characters, insane even if on one I can just sit afk. But thanks for the help much appreciate :)))))))))))))
