Whitespring Bunker - need help

I've fallen afoul of what is apparently a known issue. I completed the Bunker Buster quest and got an id card to enter Whitespring Bunker, but logged off before actually going there. The id card disappeared from my inventory and now I have no way to enter or re-gather the card.

This bug has been around for 5 years, so I guess is not going to be fixed anytime soon.

I read that the only way around it is for someone to open the bunker for you (I guess team up and go in together). I'd be really grateful if anyone reading this would be up for arranging to do that with me.

Just entered. Thanks, you basically saved my Fallout. Guess the service entrance scanner requires a different key card. Confusing.

No problem. :) This game is buggy, broken and often not very informative but community is very helpful so always ask for help and tips if getting too frustrated with anything.
The side door requires you to be part of Enclave before you can use it, it leads deeper in the bunker so you need to do some quests for Modus first before you can use it. There's also a 3rd entrance inside the Refuge-part of Whitespring Resort.
