Are lunch boxes xp boost cumulative?
I mean if my friend and I both use one at the same time do we get more xp boost?

Yes, up to 4 can be stacked.

Yes. 4 is the max. 25% each up to +100%. So don't open more than that as they will be wasted.

Open them slowly and wait for the animation to stop before opening another. I have had bugs in the past where they do not count when i have opened them really fast.

if you hop servers you can lose 25% - 50% of the buff - happens fairly frequently for them to be dropped


They can time out in 30 minutes instead of an hour... seems more present if you fast travel a lot


if you use them before logging off they can continue to burn time for up to the full hour (same with food and magazines) leading to waste


IF you mass buff you can have random buffs disappear (tons of food, drugs, scouts, magazine, bobble, lunchbox etc) which can include the boxes

Always wait to start an event or a Daily Ops. Often, players will open some lunchboxes or some Banners ... .

Try to maximize the hour long boost. Berry Mentats are handy, too.
