You can make it yourself, no need to wait for event rewards.

Kill mobs in a nuke zone and collect the following items:
Hardened Masses - Junk but do not scrap them
Glowing Masses - Food but do not eat it
High Radiation Fluids - Aid


Once you have the, on hand, go into a nuke zone while having Green Thumb slotted and pick radiated plants. Different plants give different fluxes. Pick a lot of plants.

On a chem bench under nuked flora you can craft the flux you need. Slot super duper first

1 * Hardened Mass
1* Glowing Mass
1* High Radiation Fluid
10 * raw flux of a particular type
= 1 stable flux.

Problem with this is that the three place most people nuke (fissure site prime, south of Nuka World, and Monagah Mine) don't have much in the way of cobalt flux.

If you get lucky someone might nuke Morgantown, which has cobalt flux out the wazoo.

Once you get to where you can solo silos and throw your own nukes it's easy. Nuke south central Savage Divide, west and a bit north of Johnson's Acre, and there is cobalt galore - I can easily clear 200 raw flux in a single run.

Then, hit the center-map point to convert all game interiors to nuke zones and start running West Tek - XP and fluids and masses en masse.

Take down every radiated/glowing critter you see in a nuke zone , especially high level super mutants, scorched, and glowing ghouls for the GM, HM, and HRF. You may need to store them since every day is a bit different- some days HRF drops like crazy, but you can't find GM or HM and vice versa.

Between Monongah and Monongah Mine and around Monongah Mine, you can harvest nearly 60 to 70 Raw Cobalt Flora, if you're lucky.

Server hop (s) as needed to find a server with this nuke zone ... .

I've found it for anywhere from 25 to 300 caps from player vendors. I've seen some silly priced at like 1,000 to 3,000 also, but they are nutters. I bought some at 25c when I was lazy for my SS jetpack.

When vendor shopping, just see if they are selling Junk when you hover over the map, if not, skip and continue to vendor/server hop until you find some.

Ah... itshay. Oh well. Back to nuking either the Whitespring or Morgantown for mass/fluid farming.
