Menu/Pipboy Cursor flickering bug

So went to select an item in my pipboy, but for some reason my cursor could not decide what item it was hovering over, so it started to flicker/select between both items in an annoying manner.

Ever happen to anyone else and any idea why this happens sometimes?

Hug a Fusion Generator for awhile and it will charge the pipboy back up. Never lick a fusion generator to see if it is working-just saying.
