Does the explosive minigun still drop?
I just wanted to ask people if the explosive minigun still drops or not because I been trying to make one but so far haven't got one.

Yes, they still drop.
If you do the Eviction Notice event? Then you have a great chance to get one.

Yup, really seems you get one more often than not.

This. Should be pretty easy to get Foundation's Vengeance since it's a popular event.

You don't have to go all out and drop to 20% health, but it's a good option until you can roll or drop one that has the effects you want.

Indeed my friend, from what i see is: everytime Eviction Notice events pops up? There are always so many players, even players lower then lvl10 and i will let them die and do not ress them (no place for them at lvl 10 and lower) but that is another discussion ;)

I finally starting to see explosive on the Miniguns that i been making but sadly not on any that I would be wanting to keep. Thank you all for the advise, I might just start using the Foundation's Vengeance for now.

Minigun and shredders. The shredder mod has a unique function in that it doubles damage at ranges less than 128 (use floating numbers and you'll see just how short that range is).

This works for the bullets... not sure if explosive damage is also boosted but I'd assume it is. Having explosive and trying to fight at point blank range isn't ideal if you want to maximise that quirk.

Of course you could just have no bullets to get the 'melee' boost but there are better options now. Oddly the melee option is stronger than the bullet option anyway...

Attach a shredder and fight at point blank range to get the most out of your gun. This makes the accelerated barrel a good choice as it has the lowest range.

People have already said it but the bloodied explosive is very good from eviction notice.

If you're very lucky it would in fact be better to roll vampires explosive

But chances are low

That way you can stack demolitionist like normal, and just not die face tanking dmg without power armor, and not dying is kinda good.

I would say that the only real distinction between an endgame player vs a midgame player is how much they die to nothing, not how much dmg they do.

Sadly the only Minigun that i got that has the Vampire effect on it doesn't have explosive on it but does have the 90 percent less weight though.
