glowing skeleton
does anyone have one i can buy or get for free?

B&Q in the UK are doing a 2 for 1 on Glowing Skeletons, don't know th RRP.

Just tested and the Original from Nuclear Winter is not tradable.

Is there a New Plan out?

New Glowing skeleton costume has a "store" icon mark. So you can't sell it or trade or drop.
It was rewarded under the Trick or Treat Challenges - Events area in the in Game Menu.

New ghost skeleton outfit & mask aren't tradeable and you can't buy them with atoms. They are rewards for weekly Halloween challenges. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3067383712

Scoreboard and other account wide unlocks are all flagged as Atom Shop and cannot be traded.

Several years ago, I was lucky enough to visit Chernobyl. Time will tell if that gave me a glowing skeleton...but either way, you can't have it :-)
