As a new-mid game player what is the best item to buy with bullion (NOT INCLUDING SS ARMOR)

For the record I'm cautious with the Raiders and Neutral with Foundation. Don't even have access to Crater's bullion vender yet since i haven't progressed far enough in the questline. I have 1400 bullion right now and I was eyeballin the collectrons you can buy from foundation but not sure if they are worth it. The red rocket and silver collectrons also caught my eye but i've never seen anybody use them? Are they worth the insane price? Or should I save up for something else that the raiders might have? Some people have mentioned someone called "Minerva" but idk who that is

A tip from an old man, if you dont know how to spend your money, first dont invest your time to achieve it, money its not important, your lifetime is more important, and second, keep it, you are not in a hurry, there are a lot of options to invest this coin, just find whatever you see from other players and maybe want to try something this coin will help you.

The collectron is useful only if it adds something new to collect. You can then assign this to any collectron you already own. Meaning a normal collectron can collect ammo if you own the raider one. Also the dog collectron collects the fastest.

You can hold up to 10k bullion, so don't worry about spending it fast. Save for what you will need, don't just make impulse purchases.

You can only have 1 collectron built at a time and they only collect when you are online. It's a novelty item that is only useful before you've played enough to have tons of mats/items. (A few weeks).
Also if you don't sub you ain't gonna have anywhere to put all the crap they pull in.
I like the Secret Service armour and Beehive (for a daily) at the start of a life but choose what you want.
As the others have said there is no rush.

There is tons of potential stuff to buy with bullions from tons of different traders. Don't worry about it too much. Im pretty much a new player aswell and im currently working towards getting SS plans and reaching allied with crater to get the ammo factory machine(whatever it's called) after I have the armors.
I have nuka-collectron which I bought from foundation with bullion if i remember correctly and it's a nice thing to have, I have pretty much infinite supply of different nuka flavours and it can be programmed to pick some junk aswell but it seems to mostly still pick nuka-colas and some junk to go with it.

My generalist advice is: If you dont like PA get secret service armor and jetpack if you like PA get T-65 and jetpack. Either way I recommend getting a jetpack, having one of those with marsupial and bird bones is my guilty gaming pleasure I love the movement in FO76. reminds me of playing adrenaline gamer back in HL1 and nothing else has every been like that.
