Tried it on a second Steam account (in case it was somehow banned?)
It used-to work via steam after the initial move, and the very old Bethesda launcher version actually does launch without issue. It's something up with this version
I even tried copying the old fallout76 game from the " Bethesda launcher" version to steam, forcing a verify of files - and nothing.
I tried just copying the old bethesda.net fallout76 exe over - the game launches & naturally crashes shortly after. So it's definitely something is up with the fallout76.exe
