Cultist neophyte outfit with the elder helmet is my favorite Mothy combo. Mercenary (Hellcat) outfit with military beret for any member of Dutch's team though camo would be a good choice too.
Garrahan Foreman outfit with a cloth hat is my go-to. Wasteland wanderer outfit is amazing too. For team play I go super mutie outfit with the White Wolf fedora.

The all time *BEST* one however is the bathrobe with sandal combo, no hat. If there's more than one 76er at an event it looks as though some unfortunate fool just accidentally woke up the vault/interrupted their morning tea and showers.

I'm a fan of trenchcoat-type outfits in Fallout games when available, so my choices are:
1. Wasteland Wanderer (Anniversary reward/freebie)
2. Patrioteer Outfit (Season 9 outfit reward, my favorite scoreboard in general)
3. Hunter's Longcoat (Potential item from the wandering Responder Vendot Bot, literally took me 3-5 days to find a spawn that had it...)

Honorable mentions (No specific order):
1. Elder's Battlecoat (E3 bundle)
2. Treasure Hunter outfit (Treasure Hunter event, and one of the best free items in the game)
3. Trench Runner outfit (Expedition plan reward)
4. Fanatic Stalker outfit (Call to Axe-ion community event reward)
5. The Blood Eagle outfits (Season 5)

For mothman theme i prefer the leather coat without the backpack and cultist incarnate helmet, too bad cant wear the prisoner collar but its ok.

It's all fun and games until the Exterminator shows up. But I am old enough to remember watching the " Rat Pack Dean and Sammy" and "The Rat Patrol" on TV. Found out the hard way that running around in the desert on a jeep is not all that fun.

I like a long duster with the black cowboy hat: wasteland wanderer, New Cal Republic Ranger, and Nuka World duster all work. Black suit with Fasnacht beret is my other fave.

It's look like a mix of a Fisherman & a Lumberjack.
I imagine him with a similar mindset/style as Alexei Shostakov (the Red Guardian in the Marvel Universe). ;)
