1- End enclave campaign, ascend to general and enter in a silo and launch a nuke to.... yes! Monongah mine, then an special event (boss event) will be up, just join and... have fun :3
It's a public event, the same as any other. When it pops up, press ESC and join "Colossal Problem". The same as you would radiation rumble, moonshine, eviction notice, etc.
The DMV quest is hands down the worst quest, btw.
When someone launches a nuke, check the map and see where it is headed. If the mine is inside the nuke zone, you know the event will spawn. Once it spawns, you have 5 or 6 minutes to join the event from the map. Just like you would join Scorched Earth, Miner Miracles, or any other public event.
Note, you must join the event within the 5-6 minutes that it is displaying on the map, and on the event HUD in the lower left of the map. (Where the DO shows). If you do not join the event in that time period, it “ends” as far as joining it. Unlike other public events, there is an 8 player cap per event. Depending on how many players join the event, they may be split in to two different instances. But, you will always be in an instance with a team member.
You also can't just walk into Mordor.
