Report a translation problem
Might be wrong as i'm not in game right now, but I thought the daily ops version was crafted under armour section and not headwear section.

That's a different variety. The one in question is a kettle style helmet and as mentioned from an old event.
Shows the medieval origin (for some reason) of the recon armour, heck it's even 'horse armor' as evidenced by the torso.
It being in the crafting menu is a loooong standing bug. Just don't mention the Mountain Scout balaclava...
Two different helmets. Brotherhood recon helmet has one wide red visor and the one OP posted picture of has two separate smaller ones and light. They have different but bit similar names aswell.
