Report a translation problem
1. Go to X:\Users\Your username\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76 and open Fallout76Prefs.ini, then change iPresentInterval= from 1 to 0. This will unlock Fallout 76's FPS. Although you need to limit FPS to about 140 from Nvidia's control panel, so you can move normally in inside instances and you won't get stuck in place randomly. I have mine set to 135 and works well.
2. Other tweak is lower object/actor/grass fade sliders from Fallout 76's display settings. Lowering shadow quality could help aswell.
3. I've read somewhere that changing window mode to fullscreen from ingame settings helps but haven't tried it myself.
i did this too.
I don't think there are any other adjustments other than hoping that the game developers will optimize ?
