Worth playing past level 50?

No more perk points and only one legendary card slot unlocked every 25 levels after 50? What's the point? The perk cards offer so little advantage that I feel like I'm being penalized just for leveling up.

for me game is boring after lvl 50, nothing to do. boring quests, boring events, boring building. idk man endgame on fallout 76 is just lame tbh. My first ever character was best time I spend on fallout, 0-150lvl after that became boring, made new character did this about 6 times current one im using is 356 and I still don't know what to do for fun anymore

i understand this, i wasn't implying that wasn't possible ( i would probably never play the game again after doing something like but that's just me) i was on about the threads made just made just to tell everyone that they purchased the scoreboard
i can do one or 2 west tek run a day but sitting there all day no.

Sorry not ment to be rude or impolite but you are completely wrong, in my personal opinion? You seen nothing at lvl 50, to make a good solid build needs a lot of perk cards, you have to unlock many of them at 3 stars.

Legendary perk cards are very importend for a build, you need good gear, good weapons, good PA and trust me you need to lvl up way more to gain those.

Perk card DO offer a lot of advantages they basicly importend for serveral build. Without those? Your build will be worth nothing.

My humble advice to you is just gain some info on YouTube, there is a lot of info right there.

No, not worth playing.

Little by little Bethesda are sabotaging this game via incompetence. Poorly thought out ideas, bad implementation, outright bugs, terrible communication and future prospects.

The sooner you walk away the better, the less investment the less to lose.

I'm not writing this as a disgruntled veteran that lost something. This is all observation. The current bugs and balance have sucked a large amount of the fun from the game that is affecting the player numbers this early in a season.

Then there is the endgame... so pointless... Some weapons are just better than others, very little choice or difference in play style.

Then there is legendary gambling... so pointless to want something when it's all RNG.

If you had fun up to level 50 then you achieved your goal. No point sticking around to realise you could have spent your time elsewhere doing more fun activities.

Well I'm nearing level 300, and still having fun. My goal changes every fifty levels or so.
Currently I'm really into the scoreboard. IMO it is better not to rush it, I finished the previous scoreboard only about a week before it ended. I like to do the dailies and weeklies, then do some events, work on some of the atom challenges, keep restocking my vendor, visit other people's camps and see what's up.

I think this all makes sense. I guess I'm just used to getting perk points and simply assigning them rather than having to also juggle limited places to put them. Like the previous Fallouts, I mean. This new system seems a bit limiting but I guess the better loot can make up for it.

No its 3500xp per super mutant thats what it is scoreboard finished in no time.

The game (to me at least) didn't feel like it even really started until after around level 130

There are people churning out the board in one or three days with max INT and XP gain buffs and grinding Westek for the small recurring SCORE challenge where you get points for every 10k EXP.

Still not very 'brain', and very, very boring, but they very much do this without just paying.
Not that there aren't people doing that of course.
