Hmm I had that quest and now I can't find it. It led me to some terminals in West Tek and now it's gone.

If you mean the laser gate in the basement (after taking the elevator down), you get through there in one of the main story quests. I can't remember which one offhand.

Yeah that's the one! I kinda thought it was quest related. I'm currently making my way back to that stupid Raider robot who I wanna shoot for making me her slave! Maybe I'm not far away from more interesting things.
