Don't think there's really any point in your suggestion. Although some of the items from Fallout 76 would be cool to have in Fallout 4. Haven't looked at the mods recently, but there's so many options already.

They are waiting for our suggestions.
They all stay awake at night wondering when we will send in suggestions.
And then quake in fear when they hear the ding if an incoming email.
Probably against all sorts of legal docs but there are those out there adding FO76 stuff to FO4 for 'free' (pay with your soul).
