Is this thing not available in the Atomic Shop? Looking through the list right now and it's nowhere to be found, I REALLY like the way it looks and since I'm currently playing my Raider character, I would like to have it.

You can contact support and request to buy it even if it is not currently in the atom shop. Just make sure you have enough atoms in your account beforehand.

Not saying that 100% they will do it but they have done it for other players many times in the past.

I know that, but it's not in the choices, I can't select it as it's not there, unless it's called something else, or it's in a bundle with something else.

Majority of Atom shop items were. Wiki states it's obtainable via the shop now.
