How to get better backpack?

I´m now 10 lv and stil my standard backpack.

You won’t get a better backpack for a few levels. But go to the Morgantown Airport and you will find plans to let you craft a better backpack.

Then go to any train station and read the poster about the Pioneer Scouts. This will give you quests to craft the large backpack.

Like BizarreMan said, you need to get the plans. You will have to make better backpacks yourself. As far as I am aware, there are only 2 instances where you are given a backpack - upon leaving the vault (level 1 small backpack), and completing the Order of the Tadpole quest for the Pioneer Scouts (a leveled regular backpack).

The small backpack, from an overseers cache in Morgantown, gives you a small boost, (+30 at lv50)
The next size up (+60 at level 50) is a reward for completing 3 Tadpole badges plus a few other tasks.
Mods for that pack (one of which is high capacity) can then be bought with possum badges.

There are mods to the backpack you get from the scouts that are purchased with stamps (badges). There are also mods for purchase with bullion.

Nope. There's only two backpacks in the entire game. The tadpole pack is also a pain to get and you probably won't get it for awhile. Inventory management comes, primarily, from perk cards. Ammo weighs less, food weighs less, chems weigh less.

Its not too bad. I usually do the mammal and herpetologist ones, which are mostly taking pictures (and there is a console you an build in your camp that will point directly to where you can get a camera). Not too hard if you know where to go. Finding 10 brahmin to milk may be the hardest part of those. Then the archery stuff, which requires level 15. The only part I usually have a problem with is healing another player. Even doing events as often as possible it isn't easy to find someone to save.

I felt the athletics, archery and mammal badges were the quickest to get. Just be sure to not craft an over-repaired crossbow since you need to repair it 3 times.

Which also means you should unequip the Gunsmith card if you have it. You want your crossbow to take damage.

also if you going to use power armor the backpack will not work

Amazon, just got a great deal on a folding backpack with side pockets for your shoes, Walmart scks and takes to long to deliver. Could not find a Chemist one, out of stock I guess.

Try to begin as soon as possible the "Tapdoles Cnallenges". Use spare times to fullfill the requirements or go for a one day accomplishment. Fallout 76 wiki page is helpfull for that.

I always recommend starting them soon. Even if you don’t actively pursue them, many things you do in game count towards badges so you get credit without really trying.
