I want to buy compund bow explosive plans

IIRC compound bow plans and its mod plans aren't tradeable, but bow itself is so you can ask someone to mod your bow for you.

It requires max rep to get them from Foundation or Crater. I'm assuming Minerva sells them too but not sure and her inventory rotates quite slowly, random camp trader is probably the best shot.

If they're tradeable I can buy them for you. I just bought the regular bow explosive yesterday and it's been a little fun.

I'm almost 100% sure I tested it relatively recently when my friend made a new character. But it's not a big loss if you give it a try and it doesn't work, the plans are fortunately quite cheap.

They're not bullion purchases so Minerva doesn't have them. They're purchased for caps. So they are likely tradable.

Well, went and bought the plans and yeah, mod plans apparently are tradeable but compound bow plans aren't. Both are purchased with caps.

If OP wants the plans I can drop them for free, IGN is Eriskumma.

Ah ok, well the only other way is the random trader or get standing. Unless he is only looking for the explosive plans, then he's good with your offer.
