Ultima Online... Everquest... all good games and worth going back to. Original servers are down but someone is hosting the games for free now.
Someone will host the Fallout 76 when Bethesda decides to call it quits.
Anarchy Online also reaching nearly 20 years.
Asheron's Call from Microsoft/Turbine ran 16 years.
Age of Empires Online, Microsoft shut it down and private servers have kept it running.
The only company I would ever worry about shutting servers down is Electronic Arts. They have done so numerous times in the past. Earth and Beyond and some Motor City game.
Heck, Ultima Online is still online and thriving. 25 years. I've never seen anyone with this persons beliefs before it's really strange.
either what you say

I do not mind wasting time playing video games, but when you make it so you have to wait and hour or two for a ferry, wait for a hours for day to change to night, etc it becomes too bothersome.
Nice tatoos for a man of his age..... xD
I have played it for two years, put in over 600 hours, completed all the seasons during that time, built two camps spending way too much time on them and spent less money on the game that what is cost at launch.
I knew full well when I started the game that Bethesda are a scum company that does not give two ♥♥♥♥♥ about any of us. One day will shut the game down, that's OK with me as I will have had my fun and I knew what I was getting into.
I think if you play a live service game you should know the deal and accept it, if you don't like it then don't engage with as these companies will never change and no government will make them.
