What is , and where do I get " Cold Shoulder " ?

For the last 10 days I have had a daily Challenge and weekly challenges requiring I use Cold Shoulder to kill various critters. I have never seen nor heard of it before. How do I get one ? This is another thing that prevents me from completing the Gold Challenge every day .

The scoreboard, don't worry its only level 5.

You need to be lvl 15 to craft the first level of it, and 2 legendary modules

I am level 338 with a crafting build. Is it Gun , mellee , archery ? I have changed my building perk set for each type of weapon and there is No listing for Cold Shoulder. I deffinately have all the needed parts

It's a shotgun.

Don't recall which category it's under at the weapon workbench though.

You need to unlock it in the scoreboard, level 5.

Well not sure how to do that and Why I would get 10 challenges over 2 weeks for it if it is a scoreboard item I didn't have. But Low and behold to day [after searching each and every weapon crafting for 3 days, I now have it , available . The squeaky wheel gets oiled .
And for those that don't know it Cold Shoulder is a Shot Gun .

I saw it in the stamp vender and now its gone. Im loosing my mind. I go to earn it, got 107 stamps now. AAANND ITS GONE!.

Stop reviving old posts, besides this was a season 12 reward and weapon rewards and the union PA got turned into stamp rewards when those seasons ended, has nothing to do with this post what you wrote here.

If you bother to dig into it you self you would have found out that they had to remove the plans as when you buy those plans right now or before they removed them you where not able to craft them if you did buy them with stamps after season 14 update as they bugged out so they removed them untill it is fixed.
