Yes, there are solutions involving touching the .ini files, problem? its at your own risk and bethesda doesnt like it, so, best way is searching for yourself.
2. Screw Bethesda. Lol. Im trying to fix what they seem to not be able to fix for a long time, for some strange reason.
3. I found a guide on here that links to a Nexus mod thats basically a .ini file for people with less than 8gb of GPU memory. If my setting change in the control panel dosent work, I'm going to implement this file and hope that it works.
This crap gives me a headache but its what I must do just to play this silly game. Lol
It seems that setting VSync to Adaptable in the Nvidia Control Panel has really cut down on the stuttering/freezing. I still get it from time to time but nowhere near as bad. And I didnt even have to mess with the .ini file.
