Where can i find the Handmade Gun Plan

^^ I really like the gun but the one i have is lvl 15 and im lvl 22 so i wanna craft one to my lvl but I just cant find a vendor who sells the plan.

The plan is always available at the following vendors if the player character is level 15 or above:

Free States vendor The Whitespring Resort

Grahm Travelling Vendor

Shopping mall vendor The Whitespring Resort

Vendor bot Wallace Berkeley Springs Station

Watoga vendor bot Watoga Station

Edit: Also has a chance to drop from containers and enemies in Toxic Valley, if you're a glutton for punishment.

Note, weapons and armor advance in 10 level increments. So you can’t make a level 20 or 22 handmade. Next possible level is 25.

I will make you a modded handmade at level 25 and 35 until you get the plan. You'll be on your own for getting the lvl 45 - gotta let your little birds fly at some point or the other seniors lynch me - just let me know your ign. If I have the cores/modules for it I'll throw on a random effect, too. Want the silencer? Or going for guns blazing lets blast some green dudes YOLO?

Exited the Vault at level 20. Did the Wayward Bar Quest and killed the Gang Leader, while inside the house there, some of the dead hostile mobs had handmade rifles on them. Put them in my stash for the time being. 5.56mm Ammo though, not the 7.62mm.
