Brotherhood of Steel Items

I'm on a quest to try and collect all of the BoS items in the game, both dropped loot/plans and Atom Shop items. I'm having a hell of a hard time acquiring the BoS Blue & White Flags, anyone know where I can acquire those?

You probably can't get all BoS items game has, some were special rewards and some have been removed (like T-60 Initiate Paint).

If you mean the BoS Flag Set it was a special reward of "The Coming Storm"-teaser event from June 15-July 6 2021 advertising Steel Reign-update so only way for you to get it is if Beth adds them in Atomic Shop at some point.
