The closest is "Public Events" that range from easy to very hard, and player housing where you can sell stuff.
You can create "Public Groups" and then queue for what are called "Expeditions" and "Daily Ops" which are more like Skirms than actual dungeons.
There are some interior locations that are open to everyone.
There are some interior locations that are “instanced” to you or your team.
Shop the independent moles. Not MoleMart. Keep main street local.
Definitely not Massive. I would almost question the Multiplayer part too. Yes, there are other players. But no communication between players (aside from voice chat). And quest progression either requires you to do it yourself, or keep switching party leaders and doing the mission multiple times. There is a friends list, but nothing along the lines of clans or guilds. You can part up for some bonuses, but those parties don't actually need to do anything together to get those bonuses.
So yeah technically it is a multiplayer game. But really its more a single player game with a bit of multiplayer tacked on.
