i just ran into him on the tracks below fort atlas an have never seen him before, he was dressed in a old english over coat an such an said he had been away for a long time, who is he an what is the point ??

I've come back to this thread to add some tidbits for anyone that never finds him.

One of the things he says is "Ever dance with the devil under a blue moon?". This is foreshadowing of the Blue Moon update with the Blue Devil (Dewayo).

It is also a homage to another Guy Smiley (if you know this reference, you're old...), The Joker.
