How do I get more radaway, and purified water?

Can't say I've ever had that much of a problem with it. Water, at least, can be acquired by building you camp near a water source and building pumps. You will have to keep emptying them out, as they fill up quickly and don't give a whole lot at a time.

For small amounts of radiation, you can drink brahmin milk. If no one else has gotten to them already, there are brahmin at the Wayward (the bar you get sent to right out of the vault), as well as more in Flatwoods (to the west of the Wayward).

You may not have realized it yet, but eating and drinking are not mandatory for survival in the game. Yes there are buffs. But no negatives.

Doing some early quests in Flatwoods will provide you with plans to build your own food purifier.

Go to camp mclintock, open overseer chest, inside there is the industrial water purifier plan, go and make some events to restore power plant until game gives you the fusion power generator plan.

Go to your camp and place it near water, build 1 fusion power generator and a bunch of industrial water purifier (they are big, so, beware of the space required), you will flood in purified water, sell your excess to the npc vendor until he gets out of cash, with this method you will have caps and clean water.

Rad-X before you get rads, glowing meat steak, has rad resistance, Radshield can be made with Strangler Pods. Corn soup for food and water is simple. You will get to lvl 25 in no time, get Excavator Power Armor. Don't spend time making armor and getting guns to match your level. Use it for like 10 levels. Check all the medical facilities and tents, like at the fair grounds by the race track. Or the airport and get the backpack plan also.

I can build you some vintage water coolers in your base if you want, they create 2 purified water almost every 10 minutes.

Also, I think I have the plan for crafting radaway, but I have to check on that.

Find a camp spot that has a lake or pond of some sort and set up some purifiers. Or you can try and find a vintage water cooler blueprint but people hiked up the prices on those like crazy.

Also, regularly check the donation box at vault 76.

For the first 75-100 levels use purified water to dilute radaway, and use those. Don't drink the water or use the radaway pure.

I keep 4-5 water purifiers running in my camp just for whoever wanders by. Same for vegetables, popcorn & coffee. You are welcome to friend me and raid my camps :)

I just use water coolers, have five in my camp. Feel free to stop buy and take the pure water if you need some. Can't remember where I got the water cooler plans.

Bring me a mountain of glowing fungus and I'll happily make you a mountain of radaway - 3x glowing fungus will make 2x radaway, each radaway will make 4x diluted radaway

And that's not including what super duper can do for you.

Also, look for rad showers in camps (I have one with a switch on it) that will wash away all rads very quickly.

Unfortunately, I do not have plans for water purifiers, radaway or the decontamination shower.

Heck, I might just go and farm some glowing fungus after breakfast.
