Legendary rolls

At this point I've spent probably 500 modules on a railway rifle and never rolled a quad one with explosive I'm losing my mind. That was my rant that's all.

If someone has one for sale (I know it can end up being over max caps) name your prices

On one character I think i spent around or slightly over 400 modules and got nothing good except for a Quad, +50% Vats that i use on another character. It is ok. Wanted a Quad, +50% crit as my 2nd choice but couldn't even get that.

Gave up trying to get a Quad explosive one and then one day weeks later I got one from an event. 3rd stat is junk but it is a great gun.

From another point of view, that would mean quad is one of the worst prefixes you can get then. Since you reload way less you don't get to hear the best part of the gun.
The new steam effects coming out of the gun are nice too. Cool gun.

The other thing to consider is reloading gives you a chance to refresh AP, because you kinda should be using VATS because the recoil on that rifle is all over the place.

Meh, explosive isn't all that great (20% more damage). Much better 2nd star effects like +25% damage while aiming, FFR, and vats effects are better imo.

Yup, but having a groll is rare, as you know, so if you have the luck to have one ok, if not, just dream with something than a nice and shiny empty hand.
