Enclave Flamer? Or Enclave Plasma Rifle with the Aligned Flamer Barrel?

On the latter a friend of mine likes Instigating as the first prefix/attribute.

I don't really use them so................... :)

I have an AA, 50 Crit, 15 Crit with aligned flamer and reflex sight that is no joke for a Vats build.

Also got a Bloodied, FFR that has no sight and just a stabilised flamer for use out of vats. Both are very powerful.

I prefer the vampire /replenish ap with each kill/less ap cost. I'm a bloody vamp build.
Tho' results and opinions may vary depending on the person's build. Iv'e tried bloodied and ant-armor and they are good but,those seem to cause me to die more often.

Edit: Better answer: Executioners. The weapon is fast enough to get to 40% quickly. The 50% bonus damage is still multiplicative because it is a debuff to target not buff to player. Once at 40% it's a effective '1 shot' kill.

I think at one time for Vats it was AA/50/25 was the god roll , I had a vampire with faster firerate that i had allot of fun with

Anti-Armor or 2-Shot if your lucky. Vampire if you up close and personal with your enemy. Yet I prefer 2-Shot

I just rolled this, bloodied ffr with 15 crit. Considering rolling again.

I am looking for another since my one is on my 2nd account on MS Store that i cannot access anymore due to issues with MS Store.

In case you did not re roll it already would you maybe consider trading it for a non legendary enclave flamer with your choice of mods and other items to make up the value?

Two shot energy just got a big nerf in this update. No longer as good as it was before.

AA, Bloodied, Vampires, Executioners are all good. Second effects vary a bit, I like faster fire rate for running and gunning, if youre wanting the old meme build that killed Earl in like 15~ seconds you'll want 50% crit, 25% lower vats cost, and the ALIGNED not stabilized flamer barrel (-5% vats cost) and the reflex sight (-5% vats cost). This is cause flamer eats through action points in vats very quickly. But if you have enough AP and AP increasing items you can be critting every moment you are holding fire in vats.
That's going to take a lot of farming and luck or trading, since the enclave plasma rifle is a half baked weapon with only a couple loose mods that just happened to get higher damage than the normal plasma rifle a while ago.

Ask Ronr what he wants and it's yours, lol. I can't seem to find something adequate to give him I assume he has everything he wants so. If he doesn't need anything, also still yours. The sight is messed up, though (not reflex).
