How do people build so close to train station?

My camp never lets me place that close yet I constantly see people plopped right next to it. This got me thinking of doing a homebody build, as terrible as I'm sure itll be. Kinda want to get the turrets to at least do something so building them right inside a public event would be awesome

I've seen a huge turret placement at eviction notice where I thought it shouldve been impossible. Was up behind the cliffs back a bit but still could hit all the spawning super mutants, makes me think exploits or something

Always thinking if something you can do NOW its an exploit... can be two things: someone have to many free time or an old placement where eviction notice didnt exist and in that point only was a toxic dump full of garbage nobody care.

most likely its when a exploit was avaliable that let you build anywhere they simply saved that camp and made another and when they need they just activate it

Not an exploit, I just moved my camp from there because even with no event high level supermutants traverse and scout the area every time I server hop. The mass of turrets was to deal with them but repairs were uhg and my CAMP budget was even worse. It was pure coincidence of the missile turrets being able to target the upper spawn area where the Suicide Bombers pop up. I only spawned that camp in when EN ended after I saw another similar camp a little closer fully designed for this. That said, having a camp right next to events where outer mobs usually if not always path goofily is pretty helpful (Moonshine Jam, cough)

*That camp was built last month and didn't exist for more than a month, but I'm fairly certain you can still place your camp there.
