So, it's the "Mr. Fuzzy mascot suit" (both the outfit and headwear). The soiled version is bought at Camden Park with the tokens you get there. The thing is though, that's the clean version, which is listed as "currently not obtainable" on the wiki.

From a bit of research, some people got it from a dev room at one point with glitches. That means it's a hacked or glitched item.

Yep, the clean version is a dev room item. It was obtained via illegal means. They can be traded so current owners may not have done anything wrong except buying it.

Not necessary, he could have bought it from a players Vendor, not knowing its a Dev Room Item - saying that, pretty sure Bethesda claimed to gotten rid of all Dev Room items, why is that still there?

If Bethesda did an item purge, but left the files in the game, then it points to it being a cheated item. Still could have been unknowingly bought, but a higher level player... probably either they are are cheater, or at least are knowingly using a cheated item.

Problem is, if he gets his account under investigation he will be banned, ppl think IT mmo workers will check logs and make further investigation but in reality they only check who's the actual owner, ignorance is overridden, if he have the item, then is the culprit, another thing will be he may have any proof he bought it from another player machine or found it, the best thing he can do is throwing the outfit away and server hop.

I mean, i dont care about dev rooms items, nothing in there (atleast of what i know of) was in any kind gamebreaking or OP, the clean outfit is that, a clean outfit.
Okay the Paintball Gun was kinda abused by "painting" some not nice stuff onto walls but oh well.

OP is really vindictive... I remember seeing this thread of his a few months back:
https://steamcommunity.com/app/1151340/discussions/0/6861841362654469548/

It shows he obviously knew it is a dev room item. Now he is pretending he doesn't know about it (and with nearly 655 hours of gameplay).

Pretending to ask but obviously to get people here to harass the member.
Now I'm not siding what Nekopara has done but OP could have just report it to Bethesda than taking a screenshot with the player's ID and 'pretending' to ask here... Obviously to get the member harassed. This is against Steam's TOS.

Very low and despicable. Shows OP's despicable character traits going to this extent, especially with his 2nd post still pretending to feign ignorance. I hope OP knows it is against Steam AND Bethesda TOS for instigating others to harass the said member.

You dont know 300% of the players who play fallout76 are a bunch of weirdos? op repeated post from long ago? no problem.

If one guy with multiaccount is having a conversation with himself using those accounts? no problem.

If someone wants to make a trade hub here in steam with all ppl joined before and making trades within themselves simulating random ppl? no problem.

If todd in reality is a pink alien with 1 eye and 3 mouths? Just it works.

I don't think it's despicable if these things are running rampant in such a way that makes new players feel their security may be in jeopardy with hackers "everywhere".

What is despicable is members of our community sabotaging themselves and future play for everyone by breaking into the dev room and trying to break 76 in every way they can and many taking the same stance as this poster; also on a much deeper level I feel this due to things Steam communities have been entirely complacent about while members of said communities have suffered very real consequences - digital or otherwise - directly as a result of that complacency.

Wearing that clean suit is a middle finger to the devs and the rest of the player base and the user knows it; that's the point. Given that smurff write out the full screen name I'd say this is definitely a bait thread - aimed at all the pro-exploit players who promote trashing 76 and the rest of the player base. While I'd be happy to say silent a tad longer I'd rather not see anyone banned on such a lucrative in-game weekend. Congratulations and halting the effort, noble as it was.

That said maybe fewer selfies might be good for all of us.

Seems to me the solution for Bethesda is simple - add it to the game / in the Atom Shop. Same for any other "rare" "unobtainable" stuff that's really there in the game files.

Well, he got banned. At least someone at Steam was paying attention to troublemakers. 👍

Possibly because he claimed to buy the steam account and claimed to consider selling it on later... a major violation of Steam's TOS.

We don't have a 76 mod, officially. So the rest of Steam mods or whoever pulls the short straw has to reply to reports. Typically I think they want as little to with this forum as possible - when they take actions they can seem very weighted but by and large the bans are pretty cut and dry violations - not all violations, just what gets folks settled down so they can return to doing real business.
